West Austin Youth Association

1. All participants must sign-in with WAYA staff at front desk.
2. All participants are expected to respect WAYA property and
WAYA staff. Everyone is expected to bring back all open gym
materials and pick up their trash.
3. All participants are expected to keep their hands to themselves
and respect other participants’ property.
4. All participants are expected to use appropriate language
5. There will be no alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs or
weapons allowed on the WAYA fields or in the main complex.
6. Appropriate attire and shoes must be worn at all times.

Failure to abide by these rules or to follow WAYA staff instructions will
result in the following action:

1. First offense will result in a verbal warning.
2. Second offense will result in removal from the program to the
Executive Director’s office for the remainder of the day and a
phone call to the parent.
3. Third offense will result in expulsion from the program for an
indefinite amount of time to be decided by the WAYA Executive
Director. There will be no refunds. Acceptance back into Open
Gym will be at the discretion of the Executive Director.
